Position: Full-Time Dental Assistant
Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a Dental Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to join our modern, patient-focused practices in Bethesda and Washington, DC.

Position Overview

The Dental Assistant supports the clinical team to ensure efficient, smooth, and comfortable patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists chairside during procedures
• Prepare and set up treatment rooms
• Take dental X-rays and diagnostic images
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Follow sterilization and infection control protocols
• Ensure patient comfort and provide basic oral care instructions
• Monitor and restock supplies

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience (required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Team-oriented and dependable
• X-ray certification preferred
