We are hiring a Dental Assistant to cover a maternity leave position for approximately 8 weeks, starting late June / early July.

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Chairside assisting for a variety of dental procedures
• Take dental X-rays
• Assist with patient care and ensure a smooth clinical flow
• Utilize iTero scanner for digital impressions
• Perform sterilization and infection control procedures according to OSHA standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation as an important part of patient care and continuity
• Assist with treatment planning based on diagnosis and clinical findings
• Prepare and maintain operatories before and after treatment
• Support patient comfort and overall experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Familiarity with digital dentistry (iTero experience a plus)
• Knowledge of sterilization protocols and infection control standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Commitment to excellent patient care

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
• Dental Assistants: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
