Our established fee-for-service general dentistry practice in West Hollywood is looking for a Full-Time Dental Assistant or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our amazing team of three experienced general dentists.

Position Details

• Job Title: Full-Time Dental Assistant / RDA
• Location: West Hollywood, CA
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (Full-Time)
• Weekends: NEVER (work-life balance matters!)
• Holidays: Closed on all major holidays
• Benefits: Health insurance + 401(k) retirement plan
• PTO: Paid time off available

• Uniforms: Provided after 90-day probation period
• Pay: Competitive and based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chairside assisting and supporting doctors during procedures
• Setting up and “flipping” rooms efficiently between patients
• Sterilizing instruments and maintaining safety standards (OSHA/CDC)
• Managing and tracking dental lab cases
• Assisting with in-office whitening treatments
• Taking X-rays (if certified)
• Keeping the office clean, organized, and running smoothly
• Learning directly from experienced doctors every day
