Full-Time Dentist in Boston (4 days per week)

Boston Dental is a patient-focused, state-of-the-art dental clinic located in the heart of Boston. Our mission is to provide exceptional dental care and create beautiful, healthy smiles for our patients in a comfortable and welcoming environment.

We’re currently seeking a talented Associate Dentist with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about transforming smiles and want to work in a practice that values growth, communication, and patient-first care—this opportunity is for you, which includes 4 day work-weeks.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and create individualized treatment plans

• Perform preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental procedures

• Build strong, long-term patient relationships based on trust and comfort

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and treatment options

• Collaborate with fellow providers and support staff to deliver an exceptional care experience

• Stay current on best practices and dental innovations through ongoing education

What We’re Looking For

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree

• Active dental license in Massachusetts

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience

• Proficiency in general dentistry procedures

• BLS or CPR certification

• Strong communication and diagnostic skills

• Commitment to professional integrity and high-quality patient care
