Full-Time Digital Marketer & Video Editor

Job Description

We are a marketing and content agency looking for a Full-Time Digital Marketer / Video Editor to join our team.

This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing execution and can also edit engaging video content for social media and campaigns. You will work closely with the creative and account teams to deliver content that supports brand growth, lead generation, and performance.

This is a hands-on role, not a managerial or strategy-only position.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Support and execute digital marketing campaigns across social platforms
• Assist in content planning and scheduling
• Monitor basic performance metrics and engagement
• Collaborate with the team on campaign ideas and execution
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone and objectives

Video Editing & Content

• Edit short-form videos for social media (Reels, TikTok, ads)
• Handle basic color correction, sound cleanup, and pacing
• Prepare videos according to platform specifications
• Organize and manage video files and assets

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation
• Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)
• Experience with social media platforms and formats
• Good understanding of content performance and engagement
• Ability to manage tasks, deadlines, and feedback efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Currently based in Qatar
