Phillips Brothers Towing is currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Dispatcher to join our team. This position plays a critical role in coordinating drivers, managing incoming service calls, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.

Pay

• $15.00 – $17.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers, motor clubs, and law enforcement
• Dispatch drivers efficiently using dispatching software
• Monitor call status and ensure timely completion of services
• Communicate clearly with drivers and customers throughout each job
• Enter and update call information accurately in the system
• Handle high call volume while maintaining professionalism
• Assist with impound and release coordination when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience (towing experience preferred)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dispatch software quickly
• Must be reliable and punctual

Additional Requirements

• Background check required
• Must be able to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, or holidays if needed)
