Full-Time Dispatcher- Bulk Pneumatics & Dry Van Freight

Summary-Milas Trucking Company, based in Conover, NC, is seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Dispatcher to coordinate bulk pneumatic and dry van freight operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in freight dispatching. The position offers a commission-based pay structure with high earning potential for driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities ● Dispatch and coordinate bulk pneumatic and dry van freight ● Manage driver schedules, routes, and load assignments ● Maintain constant communication with drivers, customers, and brokers ● Track shipments and resolve issues in real-time ● Negotiate freight rates with shippers and brokers ● Maintain accurate load boards, schedules, and dispatch records ● Ensure DOT compliance and company safety policies ● Build and maintain strong carrier and customer relationships

Qualifications ● Minimum 2 years dispatch experience in bulk pneumatic and/or dry van freight ● Knowledge of freight routing and broker negotiations ● Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills ● Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance requirements ● Proficient with TMS systems, email, and spreadsheets ● Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

Compensation & Benefits ● Commission/Percentage-Based Pay – Unlimited earning potential ● 90-Day Probationary Period for benefit eligibility ● Paid Major Holidays after probation ● Two Weeks Paid Vacation eligible after 90 days ● Health, Dental, and Vision benefits after probation
