Full Time Electrician

We are currently seeking a qualified full-time electrician to join us.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong background in electrical work to contribute to diverse and challenging assignments within a professional environment. Candidates should possess practical experience with hand tools and power tools, alongside a solid understanding of electrical systems.

Duties

• Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with safety standards and regulations
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify faults or potential hazards
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using specialised diagnostic tools and techniques
• Repair or replace faulty wiring, switches, circuit breakers, and other electrical components
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of electrical installations and repairs
• Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols during all tasks to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

• Fully qualified electrician with valid certifications
• Proven experience in domestic and/or commercial electrical work
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to health & safety standards
• Competence with power tools including drills, saws, and cable cutters
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, and multimeters
• Proven experience working with electrical systems in commercial or industrial settings
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Must hold a valid driving licence

Pay: £19.00-£24.00 per hour
