As we expand, we are looking for a skilled, personable, and motivated Endodontist to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The Endodontist will provide high-quality, evidence-based endodontic care to patients referred by local general dentists and specialists. This role requires excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, ethical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-quality specialty environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform nonsurgical and surgical endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy, retreatments, apicoectomies, and emergency pain management.
• Interpret CBCT imaging and digital radiographs to support accurate diagnosis.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with referring dentists, including timely reports and follow-ups.
• Provide a compassionate and reassuring chairside manner to ensure patient comfort.
• Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to maintain smooth clinic flow.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and practice-specific protocols, including infection control and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited endodontic residency program.
• Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain one).
• Strong clinical competency and proficiency in modern endodontic techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
