Full-Time English Teacher

Job Summary:
I English Institute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time English Teacher, Arab Nationality, proficient in both English and Arabic. An additional language proficiency will be considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, culturally sensitive, and adept at fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for students of varying language abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English language lessons to students of all levels.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
• Utilize both English and Arabic to facilitate understanding and improve students’ language skills.
• Assess and monitor students’ progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and interaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in language education.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and any issues that may arise.
• Assist in curriculum development and review to ensure it meets the needs of the students and the institute’s standards.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and events that promote English language learning and cultural exchange.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required; knowledge of an additional language is an advantage.
• Previous experience teaching English as a second language, preferably in a multicultural environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
