Job Description:

iEnglish Language Institute is seeking a qualified and dedicated Full-Time English Teacher who is an Arabic speaker to join our academic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong English teaching skills and be able to use Arabic as a supportive language for learners when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Teach English language classes to adult and/or young learners
• Prepare lesson plans and course materials based on the institute’s curriculum
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Use Arabic to explain concepts when required for beginner-level learners
• Maintain accurate attendance and progress records
• Participate in teacher training, meetings, and events
• Create a positive and engaging classroom environment

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent is an advantage
• Previous experience teaching English as a second language preferred
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to teach in-person at our Dubai location
