Full Time Entry Level Workers’ Compensation Intake Coordinator $17-$20 DOE

Reck Law, PLLC is a team of hardworking individuals dedicated to relieving the stress of workers’ compensation claims for our clients. Workers’ compensation is the only area of law we handle, and we pride ourselves on providing top level advocacy for our clients. It is tough but rewarding work for those with a genuine desire to help others during a really difficult time in their lives.

We’re looking to expand our team and improve our efficiency by adding a full time intake coordinator to our Tacoma office. Responsibilities will include professionally answering phones, managing intake email threads, declining or scheduling and confirming initial consultations, assisting with paperwork management, completing internal onboarding tasks, submitting/filing initial notices of representation and other associated paperwork, sending welcome letters to new clients, completing initial file downloads and organization, scheduling time for attorney to conduct initial file review, and ensuring that attorney's initial plan is being executed.
