Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including sugaring hair removal and facials.
• Provide expert skincare consultations to recommend personalized treatment plans and product solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, retail products, and makeup application techniques.
• Maintain strict sanitation standards to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
• Deliver deep tissue massages and other relaxation therapies to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist clients with retail sales by offering tailored product recommendations that meet their skincare needs.
• Keep detailed records of treatments performed, client preferences, and progress to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in esthetic hair removal is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices within the beauty industry.
• Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Experience with retail sales techniques to promote product demos and skincare lines.

Pay: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
