We're looking for a Community Facilitator / Front Desk Admin for our TCF Hub 812 location on North Prince Street.
This role blends front desk responsibilities, member engagement, and day-to-day operations, making it ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, staying organized, and helping create an exceptional coworking / front desk experience. We're looking for a confident, tech-savvy team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and lives by a "see it, solve it" mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Member & Guest Experience
You're the heart of Hub 812, the person members and guests are always glad to see.
Each day you'll:
- Welcome members and guests with warmth and confidence, making sure everyone feels settled and at home
- Serve as the go-to resource for the Hub 812 community, answering questions, solving problems, and making connections
- Coordinate bookings, respond to inquiries, and manage room logistics as a core part of our booking team
- Build genuine relationships with the diverse, talented people who make our community great
Daily Operations & Facilities
You keep Hub 812 looking and feeling its best, and you take pride in it. Your day-to-day includes:
- Following a daily facilities checklist to keep the space clean, calm, and welcoming
- Spotting opportunities to improve the space and taking initiative, from restocking supplies to furniture tweaks
- Using downtime productively to stay ahead of the curve
- Communicating with the team and members through tools like Slack to keep everything running in sync
- Engaging with members in Slack channels and community clubs, participating in conversations, making introductions, and helping people find their people
- Embracing new tools and technologies that help our facilities and community run smoothly, we'll always train you, and we love people who lean in
- Keeping an eye out for great content moments, snapping photos, capturing energy, and collecting material that tells the Hub 812 story
Events & Community Activation
You love bringing people together
You'll:
- Partner with our Community Program Manager to plan and execute events that keep members connected
- Handle room prep, basic A/V checks, and signage so every event starts strong
- Lead post-event resets so the space is always ready for what's next
Teamwork & Adaptability

- Jumping in to help members, guests, and fellow team members whenever needed
- Staying calm and solutions-focused in a fast-moving, people-first environment
- Flexing between our Main Campus and Hub 812 to ensure seamless coverage
