Full Time Front Desk Administrator

Primary responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service over the phone, in person, and via email
• Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for clients
• Managing the front desk by checking in clients, collecting and distributing mail, collecting payments/making deposits
• Maintaining basic bookkeeping by collecting payments, making deposits, updating the daily ledger and inputting client costs and
• Opening client files
• Maintaining office supplies
• Data entry & scanning

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Motivation to receive feedback and continually grow
• We are open Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
