Full Time Front Desk Agent

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Full Time Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing exceptional guest services in a dynamic hotel. The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming experience and smooth check-in and check-out processes. Candidates with hospitality experience, multilingual skills, and strong customer service abilities are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with excellent phone etiquette
• Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently to address guest needs and reservations
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservations using hotel management software
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
• Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, room assignments, and reporting during night audit shifts if applicable
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and meet quality standards
• Uphold hospitality standards by maintaining a clean, organized front desk area and adhering to hotel policies

Requirements

• Previous experience in , front desk operations, or guest services preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of hospitality management systems and multi-line phone systems is desirable
• Ability to work weekends, particularly Saturday and Sunday shifts during peak hours
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a resort or hotel environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Previous hotel experience or night audit experience is advantageous but not mandatory
