We are looking for a highly motivated Front Desk Receptionist who is not only friendly and professional, but also exceptionally confident in sales and upselling. While customer service is important, our top priority is finding someone with strong upselling abilities who can confidently recommend services, memberships, retail products, and add-ons in a natural, professional, and personalized way.

This is not just a typical receptionist position — we are looking for someone who truly wants to be part of a salon long-term, is dedicated to helping the business grow, and takes pride in creating an exceptional client experience every single day.

• Has strong upselling and sales confidence
• Is comfortable recommending additional services, memberships, and retail products daily
• Is dedicated, reliable, and committed to the growth of the salon
• Enjoys building relationships and having one-on-one conversations with clients
• Is outgoing, warm, professional, and personable
• Understands how to create a luxury client experience
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is self-motivated, organized, and dependable
• Works well in a fast-paced environment
• Sales or beauty industry experience is strongly preferred

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and assisting clients throughout their visit
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Answering phones, texts, and client questions
• Confidently upselling services, memberships, retail, and add-ons
• Serving drinks and refreshments to clients
• Checking in on clients during appointments and creating genuine conversations
• Going into treatment rooms to make clients feel comfortable and cared for
• Educating clients on products and treatments
• Helping increase overall salon sales and client retention
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional front desk environment

Position Details:

• Full-Time Position
• Monday–Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay: $15–$19/hour based on experience
• Paid Time Off included

We are specifically looking for someone who is confident in sales, enjoys interacting with people, and is dedicated to being part of a growing salon team long-term.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
