Full- Time Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience. This position assists guests with inquiries, appointments, transactions, and facility information while maintaining an organized and efficient front desk environment. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, dependable, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced setting while upholding company standards of professionalism and hospitality. A positive attitude and genuine passion for providing excellent guest service are essential to success in this role.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments as needed.
  • Process payments and transactions accurately through the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and provide correct change to guests.
  • Assist guests with services, promotions, and facility information.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
  • Monitor and replenish front desk supplies and retail displays.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • Work collaboratively with management and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, guest service, or customer service environment preferred.
  • Must be available to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow company policies, dress code requirements, and uniform standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain composed, professional, and solution-oriented when handling guest concerns.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
