Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient gastroenterology care to patients, developing individualized treatment plans.
• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in alignment with best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice through clinical excellence and patient engagement.
• Participate in operational decision-making and quality improvement initiatives as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology.
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey (assistance with licensing, DEA, and CDS procurement is available if needed).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in outpatient gastroenterology practice.
• Interest in practice ownership or partnership opportunities, including surgical center equity.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, physician-led organizational structure.
