Full time Golf Course Grounds Crew

About the Role

We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance team. As a member of the Grounds Crew, you will play a vital role in maintaining the championship conditions of our playing surfaces. If you enjoy working outdoors, starting your day early, and seeing the immediate results of your labor, this is the perfect position for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Turf Management: Execute daily mowing of greens, tees, fairways, and roughs using specialized walk-behind and riding equipment.
• Course Detailing: Perform string trimming, edging of bunkers, and clearing of debris to ensure a polished look.
• Bunker Maintenance: Rake and maintain sand bunkers to professional standards.
• Project Support: Assist with seasonal projects including hydroseeding, aeration, sodding, and irrigation repairs.
• Equipment Care: Clean and perform basic inspections on equipment to ensure safety and longevity.

• Outdoor Enthusiasts: Ability to work in various weather conditions (early mornings are a must!).
• Attention to Detail: A "fine-tooth comb" approach to landscape aesthetics and turf health.
• Team Players: Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or golf course maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday (Early morning start: 6:00 AM).
• Rotating weekend morning shifts.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour
