We are hiring a dependable, full-time team member to maintain both the exterior grounds and interior common areas of a well-kept property in East Boca Raton.
This is a steady, daytime position for someone who takes pride in their work and wants consistent hours with a company that values reliability and long-term commitment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Daily exterior upkeep including trash removal, tasking out dumpsters, recycling, etc.- Cleaning and maintaining interior common areas and facilities
Noticing and reporting maintenance issues before they become bigger problems
Maintaining a professional presence on site at all times
The Schedule
Full-time- Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Stable, consistent hours every week
