Full-Time Home Health Aide (Group Home)

Step # 3: TB Skin or Blood Test ( dates within the hiring process)

High School Diploma or GED

· Minimum 1+ year(s) professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses, or challenging behaviors, etc.

· Ability to document daily activities & client progress, behaviors, etc.

· Excellent verbal & written communication skills

· Dependability for the open shifts of (1st- 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, 2nd- 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm)

· Must be flexible to fill in and/or cover open shifts

· Ability to pass a state background check

· Positive and professional attitude

· Organizational skills

· Strong leadership skills

· Must be able to cook

· Must complete and pass the VAMR certificate

· Medication Administration (Training will be provided).

· Must ensure that all daily chores are completed per shift.

· Work and communicate with the RN/ Assisted Living Director and Operations Director.

· Complete general housekeeping, client’s laundry, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.

· Must be 23 years of age or older. 5 Older men.

· Must be available for ALL Mandated Training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $17.00 per hour
