The Role: Full-Time Hospitalist

Located at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center, this position is ideal for providers who are committed to adult inpatient care and are ready to be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure compliance with policies, mission, and values
• Provide care for a range of adult inpatients (no procedures)
• Collaborate with nurses, APPs, and hospital specialists
• Maintain comprehensive clinical information and detailed care plans
• Participate in quality improvement and scheduled discussions with leadership
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration with the ED and other clinical areas
• Open ICU coverage with 24-hour intensivist available- option to do procedures or ventilation management - not expected

The Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

• Board Certified in Internal medicine, family medicine or Med/Ped
• ACLS/BLS Certified
• Committed to living in or near Cheyenne, WY and growing with the team
• Professional, reliable, and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Has experience working as a hospitalist within the last 12 months
• A new grad? You’re still encouraged to apply if you're ready to hit the ground running and be part of a high-performing team

Compensation/Benefits and Schedule

:

• Hours/schedule: 7on - 7 off (~180hr/month)
• Base pay: $160/hour
• Night Differential: +$25/hr.
• Quality Bonus: Up to $30,000/year (Paid quarterly)

Scheduling

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (5 physicians + 1 APP)
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (1 physician + 1 APP)
• Extra shifts available — never required

$30,000 standard bonus + $20,000 fast-start bonus (up to $50,000)

Founded in 1867 as a frontier “tent” hospital, Cheyenne Regional Medical Center has deep roots in the community. Today, it is a 222-bed acute care hospital and Level II Trauma Center, continuing its pioneering spirit of compassionate, world-class care.

• Patient Volume: 60 to 100 per day total divided among providers
• EMR System: EPIC

• Semi-Closed ICU
