We're hiring! Locally owned cleaning company hiring full-time permanent House Cleaners (team cleaning) in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Chesapeake areas. Looking for highly motivated, energetic team members. No experience necessary, training provided. Must have a valid Driver's License with a car and insurance. We work M-F starting at 8:00 a.m. End of day varies depending on work load (usually between 2-5). The more you work, the more you make! We never work nights or weekends. Offering paid Holidays, Vacation, Mileage Reimbursement, Bonuses, and Profit Sharing and a family atmosphere. You must be able to pass a background check. Please, serious applicants only.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms/kitchen and mopping floors.
• Ensure sanitation standards are met by disinfecting surfaces and bathrooms.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficiency and quality in cleaning processes.
• Drive to various locations as needed, adhering to safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $525.00 - $725.00 per week
