This is a live-in or live-out position (whichever the nanny prefers), with a private finished basement available for a live-in arrangement. The children are in the home every other week, and during off weeks, the nanny will focus on household management and preparing for the children’s return. The father is active and involved, and while he has a demanding career, his priority is being present and emotionally available with his children. This role is designed to support that goal by handling the logistics of daily life and creating a steady, well-run home.

The right person will encourage curiosity, independence, and critical thinking, guiding the children to take ownership of age-appropriate responsibilities while also making space for play, creativity, and fun - and smiles.
