Full-Time House/Family Assistant (Job#661)

The Nanny Concierge is an elite nanny placement business in located in Arizona. We service every city in Arizona with a heavy concentration in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Phoenix, Arcadia, Gilbert, and Chandler. Check out one of our openings below!

This family is looking for an organized and reliable family assistant to help their family household run smooth!

• Charge(s): F, 11 years old
• Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm; Wednesday 3:30 pm - 9:30 pm
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours: 30-35 hours
• Paid Time Off Benefits: Employee will earn 1 week (30-35 hours) of PTO every 6 months or 2 weeks (60-70 hours) every year. PTO may be used for any reason, including vacation, illness, medical appointments, family care, and personal business. This is in addition to 6 paid holidays that fall on a normal Monday-Friday work schedule (New Year Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day).

• Estimated Starting Hourly Rate: $30-$35/hour

House Assistant Job Requirements:

• Keep things within the home running smoothly
• Driving children to/from activities
• Running errands
• Shopping for groceries, supplies, and other requested items and stocking/organizing them
• Dropping off/picking up dry cleaning
• Laundry and steaming/ironing of clothes
• Tidying children’s areas (playroom, bedroom, bath, kitchen, etc.)
• Maintaining cars (refueling, taking to car wash for interior and exterior)
• Sending holiday cards, invitations to events and thank you notes
• Meal planning and preparation
• Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
• Pack/unpack daily activity and travel bags
