Full Time Housekeeper

Job Description

• Clean and prepare guest suites and public areas to the impeccable standards of Sundara
• Perform all the details of the Sundara turndown service
• Comply with the established housekeeping policies and procedures
• Follow trained procedures of chemical use and room cleaning
• Report necessary maintenance repairs to the Suite Inspector or Department Manager
• Report unsafe and hazardous conditions to the Suite Inspector or Department Manager
• Graciously perform other housekeeping duties as assigned
• Maintain tranquility, keeping noise levels of voices and equipment in work environment at lowest levels possible

Experience

• Previous housekeeping experience is highly preferred, however we may be willing to train the right individual
• Must be flexible in work scheduling
• Ability to work most weekends, holidays and nights as assigned
• Ability to maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Physical Demands

• Must be able to perform physical labor, which includes, but not limited to: lifting, bending, stooping, standing for long periods of time, reaching, kneeling, crouching, extended walking and standing

Wage: $16.00 per hour depending on experience

Hours: Must be available to work weekends and holidays
