Job Description:
Jigsaw Abacus is looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage and streamline HR operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and a solid understanding of MIS (Management Information Systems).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Generate HR reports and analyze data using MIS.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in payroll processing and other administrative HR tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of MIS and HR software.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
