Full-Time In-house Graphic Designer - Vehicle Wraps & Signage - THIS POSITION IS NOT REMOTE

DC Wrap Company, a top signage and vehicle wrap business in Hampton Roads, is offering a Full-Time position for a graphic designer. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute.

About the Role:
You’ll work closely with our production, design, and marketing team to support ongoing projects and campaigns. You’ll get hands-on experience in designing products for both large and small format printing such as vehicle wraps, signage, wall murals, flyers, business cards, logos, mascots, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with design work (logos, branding, signage, vehicle wraps, online ads, and more)
• Take part in creative discussions and team planning sessions
• Follow brand guidelines and client requirements
• Accept feedback and apply revisions
• Manage time and tasks effectively, both independently and with the team

What We’re Looking For:

• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
• Eye for design: typography, layout, and visual consistency
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to take initiative
• Open to feedback and learning by doing

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

• Illustration skills
• Familiarity with print/cut software
• Previous project or freelance experience
