Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Writer/Editor with expertise in AI-driven content creation for a variety of websites. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can write, edit, and refine diverse types of content while maintaining unique brand voice, factual accuracy, and SEO best practices. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams, SEO specialists, and Clients to deliver high-quality, engaging, and effective content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Applicants must be able to write and edit proficiently for a diverse mix of clients ranging from Ecommerce to legal websites (personal injury and others), financial firms, tech companies, medical and dental practices, home improvement services, and other B2B lead generation markets.

· Within each engagement, expect to write a variety of page styles including, landing pages, blogs, product descriptions, FAQs, user guides, and long-form informational pages.

· Experience using ChatGPT and other LLMs to generate content in the voice of our clients. Able to create and train AI agents to generate high content volume.

· Fact-checking and in-depth edits for grammar, clarity, tone, and SEO optimization to meet high editorial standards.

· Capable of performing heavy edits and rewrites on content received and able to provide constructive feedback to freelance writers.

· Translate complex information into clear, accessible language for both technical and non-technical audiences.

AI-Integrated Writing

  • Leverage AI tools (including ChatGPT and other generative platforms) to assist in drafting, ideation, and content optimization.
  • Apply AI detection and refinement tools to ensure originality and brand compliance.
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and integrate them into content workflows.

Research & Strategy

  • Conduct research to ensure factual accuracy and authority in all content.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to align content strategy with keyword targeting and performance goals.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 3+ years professional writing/editing experience in digital marketing.

2. Demonstrated proficiency with AI-assisted content creation and AI content detection tools.

3. Able to write for a diverse client mix including legal, dental, financial, B2B, and lead-gen industries.

4. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization.

5. Exceptional grammar, style, and storytelling skills with meticulous attention to detail.

6. Experience with both marketing-style writing, informational writing, and lead-generating copy.

7. Proficient in content management systems (CMS) and task management tools.

8. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining quality.

9. Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to adopt new tools and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $67,000.00 per year
