Full-Time Infant and Toddler Nanny

Compensation: $30 - $42/hour, flexible for a highly experienced or educated candidate

Commitment: Minimum 1 year. Ideally 2 - 3 years

Schedule: 4-day workweek, 37 - 40 hours/week

• 3 days: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 1 long day, ideally Friday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM
• Optional: 1 Saturday/month at time and a half

Children:

• 4-Month-Old Girl: Needs warm, attentive care and responsive support for milestones.
• Almost 3-Year-Old Girl: Bright, verbal, curious, and eager to learn.

About the Role:

This Rice Military family is seeking a reliable Nanny or Educator for their infant and toddler. The role centers on developmental play, outings, books, crafts, routines, and warm care.

The right candidate will be proactive and confident balancing infant routines with toddler enrichment. The parents value open communication, autonomy, and everyday learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create developmentally rich days for both children
• Plan outings and child-friendly adventures
• Support infant and toddler learning and development
• Prepare children’s meals
• Tidy and reset children’s spaces
• Handle children’s laundry

Ideal Candidate:

A playful, compassionate nanny who is fully present with young children and enjoys planning active, enriching days. You are organized, emotionally attuned, and comfortable setting kind but firm boundaries.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of professional infant and toddler experience
• Comfortable caring for an infant and toddler together
• Strong activity planning and follow-through
• ECE or structured learning experience highly desired

Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour
