A warm, accomplished physician family nestled in Golden, Colorado is searching for an exceptional nanny to join their family and care for their baby girl, who will be 3 months old at the start date. This is a long-term role built for someone who is intentional about their nanny career and passionate about the art of infant care.

Two friendly, well-trained dogs round out the household: a laid-back 9-year-old goldendoodle named Princeton and a spirited, well-trained 1-year-old German shorthaired pointer named Winter. Comfort around dogs is a must.

The Baby

One baby girl, approximately 3 months old at the start date. No allergies, no special needs. She is at one of the most magical stages of early development, right when babies begin to truly engage with the world around them: smiling, cooing, tracking faces, and discovering their hands. Your role in shaping her earliest experiences is immeasurable, and this family knows it.

The Role

You will serve as the primary caregiver during working hours, supporting her feeding, sleep, and play routines with warmth and expertise. Child-related household tasks include bottle washing, baby laundry, and keeping her space tidy. No driving, no overnights, no travel.

A typical day might look like:

• Welcoming baby into the morning with a calm, consistent routine
• Supporting feeding schedules and bottle prep
• Engaging in age-appropriate play and developmental activities
• Following sleep cues and supporting nap routines
• Keeping her space clean, organized, and safe
• Communicating daily updates and observations with parents

The Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (flexible)

4 days on, 3 days off every single week. Fridays end early, giving you a jumpstart on your weekend in one of Colorado's most beautiful towns. Tuesday is always yours.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $28-$30/hr
• Hours: ~35/week
• Payroll and taxes negotiable per caregiver preference
