The right caregiver is warm and attentive, and is also highly confident with infant routines.Family prefers scheduled, independent rest (not “contact naps all day”)Comfortable navigating common transitions as baby grows (feeding changes, nap shifts, milestones)ResponsibilitiesRun the baby’s day-to-day routine with consistency (sleep, feeding, play)Read infant cues quickly and respond with calm, developmentally appropriate careProvide warm, engaging interaction during awake windows (play, reading, songs, fresh air as appropriate)Handle feeding responsibilities for the baby’s stage (prep, feeding, cleanup)Follow the family’s sleep preferences (scheduled, independent rest)Keep baby areas clean, tidy, and organizedBaby laundry (wash, fold, put away)Maintain excellent safety and hygiene standards at all times. Provide confident sole-charge care while parents are home Use rest windows for light baby-related tidying as time allows
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Demonstrated infant experience (0–12 months)
Strong alignment with structured routines and scheduled naps (not “contact naps only”)
