Full Time Infant Twin Nanny

Start Date: April 20th, 2026 (can be flexible for a later start date for the right candidate)

Description: A family in Plymouth is seeking an experienced, full-time nanny to care for their twin infants beginning in April. This role is perfect for a confident, nurturing caregiver who has strong infant experience and feels comfortable managing the rhythm and routine of two babies at once. The ideal candidate is calm, organized, and proactive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Experience with infant development, sleep routines, and milestones is important, as is a genuine love for engaging babies through sensory play, outdoor time, and age-appropriate activities. This family values a nanny who is thoughtful, dependable, and aligned with child led experiences based care style, and respectful parenting. Duties will focus on all aspects of baby care, including bottles, meals, laundry, and keeping baby areas tidy and organized. Comfort with a small dog is required, and flexibility with schedule and occasional travel is a plus.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 9am - 5pm
• Flexibility to work earlier/later if needed with advanced notice when one parent is traveling.

Location: Plymouth, MI

Duties:

• Bottle prep and cleanup
• General tidying up after children and self
• Organizing children's spaces, toys, and clothing as needed
• Planning and executing activities and outings as babies age.
• Providing tummy time and other opportunities for gross and fine motor development
• Assisting with sleep training, solids introductions, and meeting developmental milestones

Requirements:

• 5+ years nanny experience
• Strong infant experience
• Confident caring for 2+ babies at once
• Comfortable working in a home with work-from-home parents
• Fully vaccinated (Tdap/MMR up to date)
• Comfortable with small dogs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified
• Located within 30 minutes of Plymouth

Preferred:

• Twin or multi-infant experience
• Alignment with Montessori or similar-style parenting
• Open to occasional travel with the family
• Second language a plus

Compensation:

• $30-35/hour DOE
• Paid on the books
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• PTO (10 days nanny's choice)

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour
