Our Client helps hospitality businesses work smarter through QR menus, tablets, self-order kiosks, and more all directly integrated with their POS systems. We are growing rapidly and looking for an energetic intern to help drive our customers' success alongside us.
What You’ll Do
You will step into a role that combines onboarding new customers, supporting existing ones, and actively contributing to their success. No day is the same, and that’s exactly what makes it exciting.
Onboarding
- Guide new customers from contract signing to go-live
- Help set up the platform: create locations, add menus, and invite users
- Conduct online demos and training sessions for owners and staff
Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for questions via email, phone, and chat
- Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Coordinate internally with the team to solve technical problems
Customer Success
- Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Suggest ways for customers to get more value from our platform
- Share insights and improvement points internally via ClickUp
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing an HBO or university degree (e.g., Commercial Economics, Communication, Hospitality, or similar)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- No technical expertise required — willingness to learn matters most
- Proactive, takes initiative, and enjoys problem-solving
