JOB TYPE: Full-time (40 hrs/week)

REQUIRED OVERLAP: 3 hours/day with Eastern Time (Montreal/ET)

We’re hiring a full-time 3D specialist to create/modify jewelry CAD and produce photorealistic ecommerce visuals for crystal stud earrings used on Amazon and our website www.seona.com. Output must look like real product photography (no CGI look) with consistent studio lighting, accurate color, and true scale.

CORE DELIVERABLES (PER SKU / VARIANT)

• 6 product images + 1 (360°) rotation video

NON-NEGOTIABLE QUALITY STANDARDS (APPLY TO ALL ASSETS)

• Must look like real product photography (no CGI look)
• Clean white background
• Accurate crystal colors + metal finish
• Natural reflections (not overly glossy)
• Consistent lighting + scale across all shots

THE 6 REQUIRED IMAGES (SHOT LIST)

• Main Hero (Amazon Primary): centered, pure white, minimal shadow, product fills ~80–85% of frame
• Angled View / Show locks: 30–45°, shows setting depth + prongs + lock/back
• Macro Detail: sharp facets + prongs, no blur/effects
• On-Ear (True-to-Size): accurate placement, minimal styling
• On-Ear Size Comparison (True-to-Size)
• Styled Flat Lay: consistent top-down angle, subtle props, accurate color, minimal retouching, consistent scale/crop

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and refine jewelry CAD (production-ready geometry): posts, backs, prongs, settings, clean topology, correct proportions.
• Produce the full deliverable set per SKU/variant: 6 images + 360 rotation video.
• Build and maintain a consistent “locked” studio scene (camera/lighting/materials/scale) to keep every variant consistent.
• Ensure crystal facets read crisp and realistic; keep metal reflections controlled and natural (not overly glossy).
• Deliver organized files with clean naming/versioning for large variant sets (colors/finishes).
• Communicate daily and be available for 3 hours overlap with ET.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong experience in jewelry CAD creation (Rhino and/or MatrixGold preferred).
• Proven photorealistic product rendering skills (jewelry strongly preferred).
• Ability to match accurate crystal color and metal finish consistently across variants.
• Ability to create true-to-size on-ear visuals reliably.
• High attention to detail and ability to deliver high volume with consistent quality.

SOFTWARE

Your choice, as long as you hit the standards (examples: Rhino/MatrixGold, Blender/KeyShot/C4D/3ds Max, Cycles/V-Ray/Octane, Photoshop for minimal cleanup, AE/Premiere for 360).

HIRING PROCESS (NO UNPAID TEST)

• 30-minute interview + file walkthrough (CAD layers + rendering scene/material setup)
• Start full-time with clear weekly output targets and reviews (probation period)
