Full-Time Lake Country Nanny - ASAP Start

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour

Schedule: 3-4 days per week Monday-Friday with a minimum 30 hours guaranteed each week. Family and Nanny will decide on a schedule that works for both once candidate is hired.

Schedule & Flexibility

The position guarantees a minimum of 30 hours per week, with a schedule that may vary week to week due to parental travel and work schedule. The family values transparency and is committed to paying guaranteed hours each week. Occasional last-minute schedule changes and limited travel (with advance discussion) may be requested.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, development-focused care for an active infant
• Creating engaging, age-appropriate activities (singing, reading, teaching, play)
• Supporting routines and using redirection as the infant grows and develops
• Preparing infant meals, including batch cooking/freezing that support a healthy and holistic lifestyle
• Washing bottles, pump parts, and teethers
• Organizing nursery, clothing, and child supplies
• Child’s laundry
• Light tidying related to childcare (toy cleaning, wiping counters, play-area upkeep)

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of professional nanny or childhood education experience with infants&toddlers
• Energetic, confident, and development-minded
• Professional, laid-back, and outgoing personality
• Comfortable with parents working from home part-time
• Comfortable in a home with a dog
• Understands boundaries and maintains presence during work hours
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

Additional Details

• Payroll through a household payroll service
• NDA required prior to interviews and employment
• Initial commitment of approximately six months, with the hope of rehiring for future Wisconsin stay

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
