Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Landscape Installer/Builder who is skilled, dependable, and excited to take on meaningful outdoor construction work. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on landscape construction experience and a passion for craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install patios, retaining walls, plantings, drainage systems, and other landscape features
• Operate machinery and tools safely
• Assist with demolition, site prep, and material handling
• Work collaboratively with the build team to complete projects on schedule
• Maintain high-quality standards on every job

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of landscape installation or construction experience required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Must be a good human — reliability, respect, and honesty are non-negotiable
• Flexibility: Seasonal operation (March-December)

Compensation
Pay is based on market premiums, experience, and performance.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
