Full-Time Landscape Maintenance Technician

Residential Property Care Specialist:

$23–$27/hr + Overtime | 40–60 hrs/week | Year-Round Work

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Maintain high-quality residential properties
• Lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup
• Pruning shrubs and maintaining garden beds
• Maintain consistent quality across the same properties week to week
• Move efficiently between multiple residential properties each day
• Represent the company professionally while working independently or with a small team
• Work outdoors throughout changing weather conditions

PAY & SCHEDULE

• $23–$27 per hour (based on experience)
• 40–60 hours per week depending on season
• Overtime available
• Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Washington State driver’s license
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs regularly
