She’s Yar Lash & Beauty Bar is a growing beauty studio specializing in lash extensions and beauty services. We are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences while helping our artists grow professionally in a supportive, team-focused environment.

In addition to lash extensions, we offer a variety of other services including , laminations, lash lifts, skincare, waxing, custom spray tans, hair services, and makeup. With three beautiful locations across the 518, We are currently hiring motivated, licensed lash artists who are ready to build their career in a fast-growing beauty brand.

Duties

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring every client is satisfied with their service.
• Provide exceptional hospitality, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and customize services to meet their needs.
• Assist with social media by promoting services and showcasing client transformations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in eyelash extensions and beauty techniques.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Use color theory knowledge to recommend complementary lash styles for each client.

Experience

• A background in guest services or hospitality is a plus, as it enhances the client experience.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with clients and team members.
• A passion for beauty and wellness, coupled with a commitment to continual learning in the industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
