Responsibilities
- Market and lease available rentals using honed leasing skills to consistently meet and exceed company goals.
- Process rental applications ensuring compliance consistent with affordable housing standards.
- Develop and implement marketing plans while remaining informed of market conditions and understanding competitive pricing.
- Work with vendors and maintenance staff to ensure the interior and exterior curb appeal
- Answer emails and be a primary point of contact.
- Handle resident relations.
- Provide a high level of customer service and connect with residents.
- Collaborate with the team through effective training, setting and communicating clear standards, and working with the team in fulfilling their highest potential.
- Make sound and accurate judgments by including the appropriate people in the decision-making process and ensuring that timely and accurate decisions are made.
- Work in multiple software programs including Appfolio, Excel, etc.
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm, organized and effective manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, to organize work, to establish priorities, to follow defined procedures, and to follow through in the completion of tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
