Full-Time Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent

This role is built for closers who want a fast-paced, high-earning sales environment. Agents work in our Coral Springs office, taking exclusive inbound ACA leads from consumers actively seeking Marketplace coverage and enrolling them through HealthSherpa.

The focus is on maximizing enrollments, maximizing commissions, and delivering a sharp, professional sales experience on every call.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Active Health Insurance license (2-40, 2-15, or equivalent).
• Proven track record in phone-based insurance or call center sales strongly preferred.
• ACA Marketplace and/or HealthSherpa experience is a must.
• Competitive, money-motivated, and comfortable working in a high-energy sales floor.
• Must be able to work on-site in Coral Springs, FL.
