Full-Time Licensed Esthetician | The Rose Spa

The Rose Spa is currently hiring a full-time licensed esthetician to join our growing team in Downtown Lake Mary.

We are looking for a self-motivated, problem-solving individual with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for serving guests. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, team-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to grow within the aesthetics industry.

Applicants must hold an active esthetics license and have approximately 1+ year of experience in a spa, beauty, or aesthetics environment. Advanced certifications or extensive prior training are not required, as this role includes a structured and hands-on training program designed to help you grow into our service and guest experience standards.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone serious about building a career in aesthetics within a fast-paced, luxury spa environment.

Schedule Requirements

Candidates must be available to work one of the following schedules:

• Sunday – Thursday
• OR
• Tuesday – SaturdayAll candidates must also be available to work at least one evening shift per week (past 5 PM).

Position Expectations

This position includes a structured 6-month training program focused on both guest experience and advanced service education, including:

• Hands-on facials
• Brow + lash services
• Chemical peels, including BioRePeel
• HydraFacial treatments
• SkinPen Microneedling
• Product knowledge + treatment planning
• Guest retention + guest communication

Responsibilities Include

• Maintaining personal treatment room inventory
• Personal + communal sanitation
• Laundry + treatment room restocking
• Supporting front desk operations including phones, check-ins, and check-outs
• Physical + digital outreach initiatives
• Social media support/content participation
• Supporting long-term guest retention and recovering inactive guests

Important Notes

• During the first 90 days, schedule flexibility and time off will not be available as training is intensive and requires consistency.
• Schedule will mirror the General Manager’s schedule during onboarding.
• After 90 days, schedule flexibility, bonuses, and incentives may become available based on performance and goals met.
