Full-Time Licensed Therapist

Are you ready to join our team? Healing Pathways of Houston is a growing group practice searching for a dynamic therapist to add to our team! We offer counseling services to individuals, couples, families, children, and teens in the greater Houston area (Memorial and Upper Kirby areas). We are very passionate about training, education, and supporting the growth of the therapy field.

Right now, our exciting opportunity is for *fully licensed therapists* only. Our well-rounded team is comprised of Clinical Interns, Associate Therapists, and Fully Licensed mental health professionals. This opportunity is for BOTH our main office in the Memorial area of Houston, TX 77024 and our Upper Kirby office location in Houston, TX 77027 (59/Weslayan).

Job Type: Full-time, W-2 positions available with retirement savings options, PTO and paid holidays. Health/Dental/Vision plan options after 90 days of continuous FULL-TIME employment.

Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field

· Current and active with all TX state licensing requirements (LPC, LMFT, LCSW). Fully licensed candidates at this time only, please. Associates close to full licensure will be considered.

· Current malpractice insurance

· Current Texas state license; multi state licensure welcome!

· You're reliable, motivated, and independent, so much so that you want to work in your own office and then join team events from time to time.

· You're a team player, and you're still able to have fun on your own!

· At least 2-3 years of clinical experience, please!

· We know this might be a tough one and may be a unicorn -- we're looking for someone who has experience with play therapy (working with kiddos), teens, couples, and families. Is this you? Please say, yes!

Responsibilities:

· We offer different ways to manage an individual caseload to work with your lifestyle. Full-time consists of at least 23 - 25 clients per week for full-time employment consideration.

· We do ask that you complete case notes within an ethical time frame per state board requirements.

· You'll provide therapy services to individuals (children/teens/adults), couples, and families. You can provide group therapy, if you'd like. We will support these dreams if you have them!

· We share offices together! Not even the Executive Director has their own office, if that tells you a bit about our culture. No hierarchy here!
