We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Line Cook to join our culinary team. Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Assist with menu planning and ingredient selection to optimize flavor and presentation
• Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and other culinary tools
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking areas throughout shifts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation during busy hours
• Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food as needed
• Serve dishes promptly and professionally to guests or servers, ensuring presentation standards are met
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation to minimize waste

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a culinary aide within a restaurant or food industry setting
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling practices
• Experience with menu planning, food service, and catering operations is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Culinary experience including kitchen operations, food industry knowledge, and serving skills is highly desirable
