Job Overview

We are seeking a full-time Attorney licensed in Texas to join our team. This is a in person role that requires working in-person at our offices in Magnolia, The Woodlands, or Cypress. Remote will be permitted as the work flow allows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
• Conduct depositions and trials
• Prepare pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
• Manage case files and review documents
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with team members to achieve client goals

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas (Required)
• Multiple depositions taken and trial experience preferred
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
