Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg LLC, a mid-size insurance-defense firm, is seeking an attorney with two to three years of civil litigation experience, specifically handling the defense of No-Fault matters, to join our New York City office. An ideal candidate will be experienced with New York no-fault law and insurance laws, have experience in civil court, handling arbitrations, and taking Examinations Under Oath (EUOs). Experience handling declaratory judgment actions and/or experience litigating in the Supreme Court of the State of New York is a plus. Trial experience is preferred. An ideal candidate will be able to submit writing samples exemplifying strong writing and analytical skills.
The firm currently works under a hybrid schedule. This means you will be able to work from home for a portion of your workweek. The details of this schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

The salary range for this position is $115,000.00-$120,000.00, commensurate with experience.
