Full-Time Live-In Infant Nanny

Compensation: $30-$35

Schedule:

Guaranteed: 40 hours per week

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Overview:

A family in Delray Beach is seeking a dedicated, full-time live-in nanny for a long-term position. The family is expecting a newborn in August 2026, with care beginning in September. The mother is hands-on, so the ideal candidate is a strong team player who can work collaboratively while also confidently taking the lead when needed.

• Private guest bedroom

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for a newborn, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and establishing sleep routines

• Monitor the newborn’s health and developmental milestones

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment (bottles, nursery, newborn laundry)

• Support parents with newborn-related routines and care

Qualifications:

• Prior newborn care experience required

• Fluent Spanish required

• Valid driver’s license (car provided)

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Ability to provide 3–5 professional references

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Passport required and open to travel

Additional Details

• Private, spacious bedroom with separate entrance

• No pets

• Cleaner 3x per week

• Doula support during the first month
