Full-Time Live-In Nanny & Household Manager WY & FL

We are a positive, high-energy, and close-knit family seeking an exceptional full-time live-in nanny and household manager to join us as we transition our primary residence to Jackson Hole, Wyoming, while continuing to spend part of the year in Winter Park, Florida.

We have two young boys (ages 5 and 3) who are curious, active, and full of life. Our oldest is in kindergarten, and our younger son attends preschool three days per week. We also have two well-trained, friendly dogs.

The Role

This role blends childcare, household support, and lifestyle partnership. We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and warm—who takes pride in helping a busy household run smoothly while creating a nurturing, engaging environment for our children.

While prior nanny experience is welcomed, we are equally interested in candidates with strong life experience, sound judgment, and a genuine love for children.

Living Arrangements

● Jackson Hole, WY (Primary Residence): Private bedroom and bathroom in a newly remodeled mountain home

● Winter Park, FL: Separate, private nanny casita on our property

● Travel with our family between locations and on select trips throughout the year

Schedule & Flexibility

● Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, ~8:00am–7:00pm

● Flexibility for occasional evenings and travel is expected (with advance notice)

● Travel with family throughout the year (a mix of working time and personal downtime)

Key Responsibilities

Childcare & Development

● Provide safe, nurturing, and engaging care for our two boys

● Plan and participate in active, outdoor, and creative play

● Support school and preschool routines (drop-offs, pickups, organization)

● Encourage curiosity, learning, and positive behavior

Household Management

● Help keep the home organized and running smoothly

● Children’s laundry, tidying play areas, and light household upkeep

● Coordinate with cleaning services and assist with general home organization

Meal Planning & Preparation

● Plan, shop for, and prepare healthy, high-quality meals for the family

● Maintain a well-stocked kitchen and thoughtful grocery planning

● Ability to prepare nutritious meals that kids enjoy is essential

Family Support

● Assist with logistics during busy weeks and travel periods

● Support occasional needs related to our older children (teens/young adult), primarily around meals and general coordination

Compensation

● Competitive, based on experience

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 55.0 – 60.0 per week
