What We’re Looking For:

• Prior childcare experience (nannying, daycare, babysitting, etc.)
• Reliable + responsive (this is BIG for us)
• Positive, engaging, and hands-on with kids
• Comfortable with last-minute bookings at times
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

• Limited phone use during shifts
• No sleeping on the job
• Communicating clearly with families
• Leaving the home as clean (or cleaner!) than you found it
